In 2009, downtown Pikeville Tennessee was busy with construction, culminating years of visioning efforts by Mayor Greg Johnson.

Coming soon will be a historic look at the process, from the current construction design by Morgan & Farmer, the Downtown Development plan developed by INK Consultants in 2007, visioning sketches by TVA and R. Dean Randalls Architect in 2004,  earlier master plans from 2000, or renewal concepts from the 1970's.
